Help For Individuals
We routinely handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings for businesses and individuals in the Middle District of North Carolina. We file everything electronically, have automated the entire system using the latest software and web-based services, and will talk with about alternatives to filing for bankruptcy. Emergency filings — we can file a petition the same day, if necessary, given enough lead time and complete information from the client.
Our firm can help you stop foreclosure through bankruptcy, guide you through possible re-financing or restructuring your debt and mortgage, require predatory mortgage lenders to provide documentation, etc.
We are one of the very few local law firms that handle this type of problem (in fact, we don't know of any other local law firms that do, but there may be some).
